This Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip is just my style: easy, only a few ingredients, and healthy for you. It takes just 2 ingredients — well 3 if you include the fruit you are dipping. It’s great for parties and get-togethers and your guests won’t even realize how easy it was for you to make.
Here’s how to make it: you’ll need three 6 oz containers of your favorite Greek yogurt (we used Chobani Strawberry Banana) and one softened 8 ounce brick of cream cheese (we used Kraft Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese).
The cream cheese is beaten first to get it nice and smooth. I did this in my KitchenAid because I look for any excuse to use it, but seriously, you can do this with a hand mixer. Even by hand if you have to. Beat the Greek yogurt into the fluffy cream cheese and combine until all blended together and yummy.
Scoop it into a serving bowl and serving with your choice of fruits. We went with with strawberries, but you could use pretty much any fruit.
