- Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over high heat. Saute/fry fish fillets 3-5 min or possibly till just browned. Transfer fish to a platter and set aside. Reduce heat to medium and saute/fry onion and garlic 4-5 min or possibly till onion is tender.
- Add in tomato paste, wine, stock, lemon juice, cumin, cinnamon and pepper to taste.
- Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low. Cover skillet and simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally. Return fish to skillet and simmer till heated throughout.
- Serve fish sprinkled with feta cheese, walnuts and cilantro.
- Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 22 minutes.
