Iceberg lettuce Romaine lettuce Escarole Tomatoes, cut in wedges Spanish onion, sliced Radishes, sliced

Green pepper, sliced Stuffed olives Anchovies, (optional) 1/4 pound Feta cheese, crumbled Hard boiled Large eggs, sliced
