3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. water
2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon dry oregano
1 env. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
3 tbsp. minced black olives

Mix juice, water and salad dressing fold in jar or possibly cruet with tight lid. Shake 10 seconds. Add in oil, oregano and olives. Shake again. Makes 1 c..
