%20was%20the%20first%20person%20to%20leave%20a%20comment%20on%20Stacey's%20post.%20Marie%20raved%20about%20the%20salad.%20Well,%20I%20am,%20too.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20salad%20was%20a%20perfect%20lunch%20on%20the%20boat.%20But,%20next%20time,%20I%20taking%20a%20bottle%20of%20wine%20to%20go%20with%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20recipe%20made%20a%20lot,%20so%20we%20decided%20to%20have%20it%20the%20next%20day%20with%20dinner.%20To%20freshen%20it%20up%20a%20little,%20I%20made%20half%20the%20vinaigrette%20recipe%20and%20tossed%20it%20with%20the%20leftover%20salad%20and%20we%20had%20it%20with%20more%20grilled%20shrimp!%20It%20was%20just%20as%20fresh%20tasting%20Sunday%20as%20it%20was%20Saturday.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20salad%20will%20become%20a%20summer%20staple%20at%20our%20house.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGreek%20Orzo%20Salad%20with%20Shrimp%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdapted%20from%20Stacey%20Snacks%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECook%20and%20drain%20the%20orzo%20pasta.%20While%20it%20is%20still%20warm,%20mix%20with%20a%20little%20of%20the%20vinaigrette.%20Set%20the%20pasta%20aside%20to%20cool%20while%20you%20prepare%20the%20other%20ingredients.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20had%20a%20little%20over%20a%20pound%20of%20shrimp,%2016-20%20count.%20I%20cleaned%20them,%20sprinkled%20them%20with%20Cavender's%20Greek%20Seasoning%20and%20cooked%20them%20in%20a%20grilling%20pan%20for%20about%2090%20seconds%20on%20each%20side.%20They%20were%20pretty%20big%20for%20a%20salad%20so%20I%20cut%20them%20in%20half.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20mixed%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20ingredients%20with%20the%20pasta,%20adding%20the%20feta%20cheese%20last,%20then%20tossed%20the%20salad%20with%20the%20remaining%20vinaigrette.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
