Ингредиенты
- 3 lb Grnd beef
- 3 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 3 x Minced onions
- 2 x Cloves minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Cumin pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Warm pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 c. Cool water
Инструкции
- Fry grnd beef, onions and garlic in oil till beef is done. Then add in remaining ingredients, simmer uncovered until thick. (2 - 4 hrs)
- Note: I use 1teaspoon of warm pepper flakes.
