3 tbsp. lemon juice 3 tbsp. water 1 env. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix

2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp. Feta cheese, crumbled 1/2 teaspoon oregano

1. Combine lemon juice, water and salad dressing fold in a cruet or possibly jar. Shake well. Add in extra virgin olive oil, Feta cheese, and oregano. Shake well. Make one c.. For salad: Tomato, cucumber, Greek olives, radish, lettuce and spinach.
