  • 1 Tbsp. Ouzo ( Greek liquer )
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh minced mint
  • 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaisse
  • 6 x Black olives minced

  1. Mash egg yolks with ouzo into a smooth paste. Combine parsley , mint and mayo.Blend both mixtures until smooth. Fill egg whites with mix and garnish with minced black olives.The anise flavored liquer make thses Large eggs fragrant and delicious.
