- BASE
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 c. butter, softened TOPPING
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 c. light corn syrup
- 2 tsp honey
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp butter, melted
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 c. minced walnuts GLAZE
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 tsp water

- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 13x9 pan. In large bowl combine all BASE ingredients. Beat 2 min with electric mixer at low speed till mix makes coarse crumbs. Press in bottom of pan. Bake 20-25 min or possibly till set. Combine all TOPPING ingredients except nuts. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Stir in nuts. Spread over base. Bake additional 20-25 min, till set. Allow to cold 10 min. Run knife around edge of pan, and then cold completely. Combine all GLAZE ingredients, adding sufficient water for drizzling consistency. Drizzle in a lacy pattern over cooled bars. Let stand 15 min. Cut bars into 4 lengthwise strips and 5 crosswise strips. Then cut each bar in half diagonally to create triangles.
