  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 c. Buttermilk or possibly lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter, melted
  • 8 ounce Feta or possibly Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch- es. Mix baking mix, buttermilk and Large eggs. Spread in pan. Drizzle with margarine.
  2. Sprinkle with cheese and salt. Bake till deep golden, 35 to 40 min. Cold 10 min. Cut into about 2-inch squares; cut squares diagonally into halves. Garnish with olive slices if you like.
  3. Makes 4 dozenappetizers.
