Рецепт Great Pizza Crust

Ингредиенты

1 c. buttermilk 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 1 pkg. dry yeast

2 c. flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon soda

Инструкции

1. Combine buttermilk, sugar, butter in large saucepan. Heat to lukewarm. Remove from heat. Add in yeast, be careful the liquid is not too warm. Stir to dissolve. Stir in flour, salt, soda till well blended. Knead on floured surface till smooth about 1 minute. Let rise 10 min. Pat dough into greased 12 inch pizza pan. Cover with favorite toppings and bake.
