Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 pound lean grnd round or possibly sirloin
  • 1 large onion, finely minced
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. corn flakes
  • 2 rab parsley or possibly 1/4 c. fresh parsley

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix beef and onion in large bowl; add in egg, catsup, salt and pepper. Mix and add in corn flakes and parsley; mix again. Shape meat mix to create oval loaf. Bake 1 hour.
