  • 1 c. lard or possibly shortening
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 Large eggs

  1. Combine above ingredients and drop by rounded tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min or possibly till edges just turn brown. 4 to 6 dozen.
