Great Grandma's Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. melted shortening
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa
  • Nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Add in nuts, lowfat milk and vanilla last. Pour batter into large pie plate. Mix 1/2 c. granulated and 1/2 c. brown sugar and 3 Tbsp. cocoa. Sprinkle on top of batter. Pour 1 c. cool water on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
