2 c. flour 2 c. buttermilk 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon baking soda

3 T salad oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 c. water 2 T sugar

1. Mix together. Fry on lightly greased griddle (use vegetable oil). Flip when golden. Serves happy people.
