Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. coarse sea salt
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 bn fresh rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 bn minced green onion
  • 1/2 c. Maple Eau De Vie
  • 4 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 4 x fillets of fresh trout

Инструкции

  1. Blend the sea salt, brown sugar, rosemary, garlic, green onion, maple eau de vie and maple syrup together using an electric blender.
  2. Once blended spread the mix over the trout fillets
  3. Place the fillets on top of each other and cover with cling film.
  4. Let marinate for 24 hoursThe next day, remove the fillets from the cling film and rinse under cool water.
  5. Slice the fillets thinly.
  6. The Plate:Place the slices decoratively on a plate, garnish with a sprig or possibly two of rosemary. You may squeeze lemon over the fish before eating if you like.
