- Empty juice can into 160 oz gallon jug. Add in sugar and top up with water to leave 3 inch of space in top of jug. Add in yeast and cover with balloon.
- When balloon is totally deflated your wine should be ready. Taste, if it is picky on the tongue, it needs a few more days. Usual time is 28 days.
