Ингредиенты

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon, grnd
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 c. Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 x Granny Smith apples, peeled/ cored/minced
  • 1/2 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 x 9" unbaked pie shell

Инструкции

  1. Beat Large eggs in a large bowl till frothy.
  2. Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Stir into Large eggs till blended. Add in butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Mix in oats, apples and chocolate chips. Spoon filling into pie shell.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven till pie is set, about 1 hour and 10 min. Let cold before cutting.
