Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. warm mashed Irish potatoes
  • 1/2 c. sweet lowfat milk
  • 3 c. flour
  • 4 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans
  • 1 teaspoon melted chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, cloves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr

Инструкции

  1. Sift flour, cinnamon, cloves, and baking pwdr. Combine sugar and butter; cream together. Add in mashed potatoes, then add in the Large eggs; beat well. Fold in flour mix and lowfat milk; add in vanilla and nuts.
  2. Bake in 3 layer pans at 350 degrees till toothpick comes out clean.
