Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt (small) lemon jello
  • 1 pkt (small) peach jello
  • 2 c. Miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can (#2) crushed pineapple, liquid removed, reserve liq
  • 4 slc Bananas
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Flour, rounded
  • 1 x Egg, beaten Reserved pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Oleo (margarine)
  • 1 lrg Cold Whip, container

Инструкции

  1. Dissolve each package of jello per box directions. while still hot add in marshmallows till jello is covered, add crushed pineapple and sliced bananas. Let jello harden.
  2. Make topping: mix together sugar, flour pineapple juice and 1 beaten egg and 2 Tbsp. of oleo. cook over low heat, stirring constantly till thick. Add in 1 large container of Cold whip to cooked topping and spread over hardened salad.
  3. NOTES : this jello salad is to die for! Granny Kellogg AKA Helen Kellogg is the great grandmother of my daughter,= Lauren Hudson.
