1/3 c. shortening 1/3 c. butter

2 c. pastry flour, sifted 1 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

1. Make crust by mixing shortening and butter with 2 knives, sifting in flour and salt; rolling dough into 9 inch pie plate. Set aside for 20-25 min.
2. Blend potatoes with other filling ingredients. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake 30 min in 400 degree oven. Let pie set 20 min before slicing.
