8 ounce. plain yogurt
1-2 tbsp. dry Ranch House dressing mix

1/2 c. peeled, seeded and minced cucumber
1 teaspoon dry dill

Combine all ingredients in small bowl mixing well. Keep refrigerated. Serve over salad, fish, meat or possibly Pita sandwich.
