Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Shortening
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Soda (baking)
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 c. Sour lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar and
  • 1 tsp nutmeg, mixed together for tops

Инструкции

  1. Directions;
  2. Cream shortening and sugar. Add in beaten Large eggs. Sift dry ingredients and fold in alternately with the lowfat milk to that the baking soda has been added.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg topping. Bake in 375 F oven for 8 - 10 minutes
