- This Recipe is from my Grandma we always make them at Easter time.
- Mix All of the ingredients together. Form dough into three balls. Roll out one ball at a time ( about 1/8 inch thick ) Cut into circles about the size of a small tuna can. Put about 1 Tbsp. of filling onto a circle, mix in half and healthy pinch sides together.(may need to moisten edges). Drop into boiling water and cook them until they float back up to the surface hen pan nfry them until golden brown. (I now place them into a covered dish to kind of steam for a bit)
- May be frzn or possibly refridgerated
- FILLINGS:Cheese Filling: mix well, chill & fill
- Fruit: Drain any canned fruit such as plums, blueberries, rasberries, etc.....
- Anything else you want to use
