Ингредиенты

1 c. shortening 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 Large eggs 2 3/4 c. flour

2 teaspoon cream of tartar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

1. Cream together shortening, sugar and Large eggs. Next sift together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Mix all ingredients together and form into small balls.
2. Roll each in a mix of 2 tsp. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 8-10 min.
