Ингредиенты

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/8 tsp salt

2/3 c. water
2 x egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla

Инструкции

Boil sugar, corn syrup and water together till it will form a hard ball when dropped in water. Beat egg whites and salt on high speed for 3 min. Pour syrup slowly over beaten egg whites. Beat till stiff. Drop onto wax paper and let set till hard.
