  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 4 ounce pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. miniature chocolate chips

  1. Or possibly 1 c. minced M & M's.Add in lowfat sour cream, lemon pudding mix, oil, water, and large eggs to cake mix. Put together well and add in 1 cup miniature chocolate chips (or possibly M & M's). Bake in angel food pan (that has been greased but not lightly floured) for 1 hour 15 min at 325 degrees. Cool on wire rack in pan for 30 min. Remove cake and complete cooling.
  2. Frosting not necessary but may be glazed with thin powdered sugar and lemon juice glaze.
