Grandma's Macaroni Salad

This recipe is not of my making (it's Grandma's) but my entire family loves it, I think you will too.

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/8 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/2 small white onion
  • salt
  • black pepper

Инструкции

  1. cook macaroni per instruction on the box.
  2. drain macaroni and rinse under cold tap water.
  3. dice onion.
  4. dice hard boiled eggs.
  5. in a bowl place onion, macaroni, eggs, mustard, mayonnaise, and miracle whip.
  6. add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. stir all ingredients together until macaroni is well coated and well dispersed.
