Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/4 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. soft shortening
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves

Инструкции

  1. Simmer raisins and water over low heat for 20 min. Drain raisin liquid into measuring c.. If need be, add in sufficient water to make 1/2 c. liquid. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cream shortening, sugar, Large eggs, and vanilla. Stir in raisin liquid. Blend dry ingredients and stir in. Then stir in oatmeal and raisins. Drop by rounded tsp. on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 min.
