- Cover hamburger with water to top in kettle and boil with celery and onions till hamburger is cooked. Cold. Skim off fat. Add in poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Set aside 1 c. of the juice. Add in bread and Stove Top stuffing till thoroughly soaked and mixed with hamburger. Add in reserved juice to mix till consistency like pudding.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min till top is slightly crusty, or possibly stuff in turkey just before cooking.
