Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Sift flour, salt, cream of tartar, baking pwdr, and sugar together. Cut in shortening till like coarse crumbs. Add in lowfat milk all at once and stir just till mixed. Pat or possibly roll 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min. So good!
