3/4 c. shortening 1 c. sugar 1 egg 4 tbsp. molasses 2 c. flour

1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon soda 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Beat together shortening, sugar, egg, and molasses. Add in remaining ingredients. Form in small balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-8 min.
