Ингредиенты

  • 4 c. Flour
  • 1 3/4 c. Shortening
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 c. Water

Инструкции

  1. Crumble together flour, shortening, sugar and salt into pea-sized crumbs.
  2. Mix vinegar, egg and water. Add in to flour mix a little at a time till all mixed. Let set for 15 min then divide into 4 crusts and roll out.
  3. Freezing instructions: Before rolling out put into small freezer bags and freeze. To use, thaw to room temperature and roll out.
