Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. grated sweet potatoes, raw
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. raisins or possibly coconut

Инструкции

  1. Grate sweet potatoes very fine; add in sugar and Large eggs one at a time, beating well, then add in lowfat milk. Add in raisins. Bake in large greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve plain or possibly with whipped cream. Flat dishes are best.
