Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. shortening
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. molasses
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 5 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Инструкции

  1. Cream together shortening, sugar, molasses and water. Sift together flour and spices. Add in to sugar mix and beat till smooth. Refrigerateat least 1 hour or possibly longer. Roll and cut. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 min.
