2/3 c. shortening 2/3 c. white sugar 2 Large eggs 1 1/3 c. honey

5 1/2 c. flour 2 teaspoon soda 2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon lemon

1. Mix together in large bowl. Chill. Roll out dough and cut with cookie cutter. Bake at 375 degrees for about 5 min.
