Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 1 c. molasses
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 3 1/2 teaspoon soda, dissolved in hot water
  • 1 tbsp. ginger
  • 4 c. flour or possibly more

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients except flour, then add in flour (sufficient flour so dough can be rolled out). Use floured cutting board. Use cutters. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
