Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 6 tbsp. sugar
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 10 crackers)
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Инструкции

  1. Scald lowfat milk and add in tapioca to it. Cook till clear. Crush graham crackers and add in crumbs to tapioca mix. Add in raisins, sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix in slightly beaten egg and stir. Pour into a 1 1/2 qt buttered baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set.
