Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth or possibly chunky)
  • 3 c. oatmeal (NOT instant)
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Mix butter, sugar, lowfat milk and cocoa together in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by tsp. full (larger or possibly smaller, as desired) onto wax paper and let harden (these will set up in about 30-60 min). These will keep for several days without refrigerating, up to 2 weeks refrigerated, and 2-3 months frzn.
