Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. Raw rice
  • 2 can Evaporated lowfat milk (5 ounces Each)
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1/2 box vanilla pudding (3 Oz size)
  • 5 x Large eggs, separated
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Cinnamon to taste Lowfat milk

  1. Cook the rice in 4 c. of water, add in the sugar and cook till almost tender. Add in the evaporated lowfat milk and raisins. Mix the pudding in a c. of lowfat milk and add in to the rice mix. Beat the egg whites till stiff. Beat the yolks separately and then mix the whites and yolks mix. Then turn off the heat. Mix well. If it seems a little thick just add in some more lowfat milk.
