  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika seasoned salt (to taste)
  • 4 x Chicken breast halves

  1. Mix ingredients (except chicken) in a saucepan and hot just to heat honey.
  2. Arrange chicken breast-side-up in a square baking dish or possibly pan and bake uncovered at 400 degrees about 35 - 40 min, basting pcs without turning them, 3 or possibly 4 times during baking. Immediately upon removing from oven, seal baking dish or possibly pan tightly in foil and let stand 15 to 20 min before serving.
