Ингредиенты

3 lg. cloves garlic, chopped 3 lg. green onions, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon parsley

1/3 c. vinegar 2 c. salad oil (olive or possibly Wesson) 1 egg

Инструкции

1. Put in mixing bowl and beat till blended. Remove dressing from refrigerator about 1 hour before serving. Serve with croutons and Parmesan cheese. Makes 2/3 qt.
