Golgappa Bhelpuri

A new chaat, combination of pani puri and bhel!

Ингредиенты

  • Kurmura (puffed rice): 1 cup
  • Onion: 1/2 (finely chopped)
  • Boiled potato: 1 small (finely chopped)
  • Sweet chutney: 1tbsp
  • Green chutney: 1tbsp
  • Sev: To garnish
  • Gol gappa puris: 12
  • Coriander leaves: To garnish
  • Chaat masala: A pinch
  • Lemon juice: 1stp

Инструкции

  1. Prepare the bhel puri first.
  2. Add the kurmura, onion, potato and chutnies in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Scoop out spoonfuls of the bhel and fill each gol gappa.
  4. Sprinkle sev, chaat masala and lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
