Ингредиенты

1/4 c. shortening 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 Large eggs 1 can yams, liquid removed & mashed

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 2 c. sifted self-rising flour 1 c. minced peanuts

Инструкции

1. Cream shortening and sugar together. Add in Large eggs, yams, and pumpkin pie spice. Beat till smooth. Add in flour and peanuts. Mix only till ingredients are combined.
2. Spread batter into a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 min till done.
