Ингредиенты

3 c. carrots, grated 6 soda crackers, rolled 1/2 c. celery, minced 1 tbsp. onion, minced

3 Large eggs, hard boiled & diced 3 tbsp. lemon juice 3/4 c. salad dressing (mayonnaise type) 1/2 c. peanuts, grnd (if you like)

Инструкции

1. Combine above ingredients. Mix lemon juice, salad dressing and nuts, if using. Add in to carrot mix. Stir to mix. Serves 8.
