- Beat cheese and butter till fluffy. Stir in flour. Refrigeratefor 12 hrs or possibly more. Shape dough into 1" balls and press into 1 7/8" muffin tins to make crusts. Crimp edges to resemble regular pie shell, if you like. Set aside.
- To make filling, beat Large eggs till thick. Add in sugar, vanilla, salt and melted butter. Mix thoroughly. Stir in pecans. Fill each shell 3/4 full. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 15 to 20 min or possibly till done. Make 60 tiny tarts.
