- In saucepan heat lowfat milk, veg. oil, and honey till very hot.
- In a largebowl, blend 1 1/2 c. flour, yeast, salt, Large eggs and hot liquid mix. Beat 3 min with dough hooks, then add in the remaining 1 3/4 c. flour and mix for about 2 more min till all is blended. Dough will be soft and sticky.
- Cover and let rise in hot place till light and doubled in size.
- Generously grease two 8 inch round cake pans. Stir down dough, beating with dough hooks for 30 seconds. Drop dough Tbsp. by Tbsp. into a single proportionately spaced layer in the prepared pans, about ten Tbsp. per pan. Combine topping ingredients and drizzle half of the mix over the rolls. Cover, let rise again in a hot place till doubled in size. Drizzle remaining topping over rolls and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min or possibly till golden. Immediately remove from pan and serve.
