1 c. shortening 1 1/4 c. sugar 4 Large eggs 1 c. mashed cooked carrots

2 c. flour 1 teaspoon baking pwdr 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 teaspoon lemon flavoring

Инструкции

1. Beat sugar, shortening, Large eggs well. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared 15x10 inch pan. Bake 25 min, 350 degrees.
