Ингредиенты

  • 100 gm soft goats cheese
  • 1 x little fresh thyme or possibly basil minced
  • 4 x sun dry tomatoes in oil cut into thin strips
  • 8 x thin slices of baguette

Инструкции

  1. Put the goats cheese in a small bowl and season with a little black pepper (no salt) and some minced fresh herbs then stir in the strips of tomato.
  2. Toast the slices of baguette lightly on both sides then pile the seasoned cheese on to them.
  3. Place under a warm grill for a minute or possibly two till the cheese starts to heat then serve straight away.
  4. Serves 2 as a snack
