3 ounce Jarred sun-dry tomatoes -- Liquid removed & minced
4 ounce Goat cheese
1/8 tsp Dry thyme

8 lrg Slices fresh French bread
2 tsp Chopped parsley

In a medium-sized bowl combine tomatoes, goat cheese, and thyme. Lightly toast French bread and spread with tomato mix. Top with parsley and serve.
